I have attached my photos as proof of what I paid for and what I did not get. The salad was great it was plentiful it's supposed to come with one Creamy Cilantro Dressing and then I ordered an extra Creamy Cilantro Dressing on the side that I paid for.
I only got one Creamy Cilantro Dressing and instead of getting two of the Salsa Fresca (Medium) , I only got one. Therefore, I did not have enough Creamy Cilantro Dressing or Salsa Fresca (Medium) for my salad. I like extra dressing, extra sauce, extra everything on my food, and I was sure to order it and pay extra but didn't get it.
I'd really appreciate it if you would have your employees pay attention to details and make sure that they're not forgetting anything on the orders because Doordash for the most part won't do anything about it and I'm told customers are not allowed to call your store, so it's really not okay. This is not the first time that this has happened at your store.

Discouraging amount of lettuce compared tp the plentiful amount of meat considering the fact that I ordered a "salad".
Won't be ordering this again simply because there's not an option to order more lettuce, nor is there an option to order an extra dressing, which is frustrating!Avocado SalsaSalsa Fresca (Medium)

The food is amazing, but they didn't put the lid on. I got a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, and the gravy was all over the place and my beans leaked everywhere. You make a burrito and a slab or all together anyway so it's still delicious food. Just FYI make sure your lids are on tight otherwise wonderful thank you

I know there's lots of places to pick up a roasted chicken. It's the sides and the special treat of not cooking plus the memories of El Pollo loco opening up that my mom loves. Now that we no longer drive, it's a treat to get the special family deals.
