Rice was mushy, the beans had no flavor. The worst order I've had from this restaurant.

Didn't give me Guac for the guac and chips i ordered. Very small serving on the small mac and cheese is not a bang for buck item. Got a little extra bag of chips but wish i had my guac... ;(

I've had El Pollo Loco before! The food is healthy, well seasoned, and the staff is young and bilingual.

I was given the Meal For Two all in one plate instead of a different container for the rice and beans I only got 2 sauces when I had ordered 4

This is supposed to be a DOUBLE CHICKEN salad, and the chicken was sparce at best.. very disappointed
