I always rate this Pollo Loco high and never have any issues. I always get great service with no issues.
But, it's the first time my favorite 3 piece breast&wing meal disappointed me. Mainly, because one chicken breast was large but the other one was small to medium. Usually, both breasts are the same size. Also, the wing had little to no meat on it and chicken skin ws overly burnt skin. I feel that if there is nothing ever wrong with my payment, then nothing should ever be wrong with the meal I purchased.

the Shredded Chicken Nachos surprised me. had them with avocado slices. delicious and filling from this location.😊

The chicken portion and avocado portion was great, but couldn't triste or fine the corrija, bell peppers and little bit of corn .
Mines came with no dressing

Dry burnt 8 piece chicken, stale hard tortillas, the side of rice was dried out like it had been left on the counter overnight uncovered. The churros, family avocado salad and Mac and cheese were good, which is the ONLY reason I'm giving it two stars.
