I ordered the NEW Baja Double Chicken Tostada, and half the chicken was undercooked. Undercooked chicken makes me so nauseous. I've enjoyed El Pollo Loco in the past, but not this. I also didn't receive one of the Salsa Roja (Fiery) , but extra of the other.

Told them no onions on everything, came loaded with onions, tortillas were stale and didn't get the drink I wanted

Not an avocado in sight on this chicken and avocado salad. Tasted like they poured ten pounds of salt on the beans and rice. Couldn't eat more than a few bites. Just awful

They didnt provide the hot green salsa for my chips. Also, the avocado in the tostada bowl wasnt fresh.
