I got the combo and the bag of chips was only a quarter full!
The avocado had black spots.
They could do much better for the price

I have never had a bad el pollo loco. Always very very good and fresh. The lettuce in the tostada bowl is so fresh

For Spending over $100 on this order i was definitely disappointed in the quality of the chicken. The skin was so hard you have to rip it off to eat the dry meat inside. Most of the chicken was that way. The sides were fine, but seriously definitely a waste of money.

Chicken was awful, I am pretty sure what ended up in my bowl, might have been the chicken meant to be tossed in the garbage. The chicken was gray, chewy and just awful. I normally have zero issues, but this was bad.

WARNING! Very unappealing photo included.This burrito was mostly rice and beans. Until I reached the bottom quarter of the burrito, I only saw one, small piece that might have been chicken. One picture shows the the rice and beans I removed.And, even at the bottom, I couldn't taste the chicken because it was overwhelmed by r&b.The menu picture shows a beautifully browned grilled burrito. I saw no indication this burrito was grilled. The tortilla was clearly steamed and had no brown grill marks. I would not recommend this item.
