At this location my food is never consistent! Tonight I received the bottom of the chicken pan scrapings that were dried out because they were to lazy in going to get fresh chicken to refill the pan . But the time I received it from door dash they were closed .

I really dont leave review's as this is my first review on food that ive ordered. First off Ive seen a lot of bad reviews with this el pollo loco and was a bit skeptic to order but I did anyways and I'm actually very impressed. I ordered around 7:30pm on a Tuesday night. Food was hot and the chicken was juicy,not dried out or old like I've seen in other reviews. Everything I ordered was there, bagged nicely, and they gave me lots of salsa! I do recommend this location and I will be ordering again in the future! thank you guys :) My order was the: 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal. Chipotle Chicken. Avocado Burrito. BRC Burrito. 5 Pack of Tortillas. Rice . Pinto Beans . Macaroni & Cheese

This was my first time ordering from this location. I was very pleased with how fast I received my order. I ordered the Large Homemade Tortilla Soup and it arrived Hot!!! Which I appreciated very much. In addition to the soup I also ordered the Double Chicken Salad and it arrived exactly as I specified when I customized my ingredients. The DoorDash delivery person followed my instructions and left the bag at my door. I really liked how the order was both packaged by El Pollo Loco and that the outer bag was sealed all the way across. I will order from this location again and I will use DoorDash if I have it delivered.

Left most of our food out of our order. Spent extra on things that I didn't even receive. Bag was sealed, it was completely on El Pollo Loco

The Creamy Chipotle Quesadilla has very little cheese or chipotle sauce, and the grilled chicken was dried out.
The Chicken Taco al Carbon was very dry and chicken was over cooked.
