3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal was delicious. I love the flavor and the skin is crispy. Shredded Chicken Nachos were filling and taste decent. The delivery is usually on time with the food still hot. Sometimes the dasher leaves the food in front of my door so I have to carefully open the door so I don't knock bags off my small porch area.

I've ordered the NEW Mexican Cobb Fresca Wrap multiple times now because of how delicious it is! The best part is how it doesn't leave you feeling heavy. It's a decent size and I get full just by the wrap. It tastes fresh and actually seems healthy.

The 4pc Half Chicken Meal chicken was hot and juicy and they gave me plenty of Avocado Salsa (Hot). Great for my 12 hour shift lunch, will order again.

I decided to try the Taco Double Chicken Tostada Salad . It's okay but it would have been better if I'd gotten the chips & salsa that's supposed to come with the order. Every other order something is forgotten. The Chips & Guacamole Regular came with a small bag of chips. My door opens to the outside & Dashers don't seem to realize it's smarter to put orders to the side of a door. I'm done ordering delivery from El Pollo. Too pricey & the food is never consistent. I'll just stick with food from Roberto's.

8 Pieces. 8pc Chicken Only Not a Family Meal. I live alone and a ongoing Customer Since 1985 In Los Angeles, Ca and 17 great Years here In North Nevada Area. The New menus are NOT consumer helpful. Mainly Family Dinner Plate Sizes with Much Smaller Chicken Piece Choices And Gone Are Their 8pcs & 12 pcs Chicken Only Choices And Their Great Prices. Do we Appreciate over pricing? Do You El Pollo Loco Business Owners Since All Your Changes. Prices Fewer People Are Now Wanting To Pay For In House & Ready To Go Restaurant Foods & Drinks. I order now maybe 4-5 Times Every 3-4 Years due to Price Increases, Smaller Portions of Chicken and the new order pay system. Freshness, Taste, Specific items or their taste is not why people select El Pollo Loco locations to buy and eat their char cooked protein. Taste not equal to the chicken taste prepared in 1985, Hollywood, Cal. Slight but not the exact great taste of corn or the mash N gravy you served us in the years 1985-1986. I moved From La Cal in Aug. 1986 and all their foods taste were. 'I bet you can't eat just 1 order they served you. People including me bought 2-3 extra orders because everything tasted like perfection. And I and other El Pollo Loco Food Chicken Lovers are not as Interested anymore. Would I order again? Not right now. Over Priced Foods. Save Your Money!
