My rice was hard and uncooked or over cooked, my chicken Double Chicken Tostada was horrible, chicken was old and I know because I get the same thing every time. I never received a drink.

I understand you don't have to put a lot of chicken but they put like a little scoop of chicken and gave me more chips than anything else it's chicken nachos I expect chicken nachos I have had full nachos from pollo loco before that's how we know this is unacceptable I paid over 40 dollars just for a little scoop of chicken I don't mean to be that guy but this isn't okay

Charged me extra for tortilla and a combo just to not include the 1 Pack of Tortillas (2) or the chips that come with it
