The shrimps in the NEW Baja Shrimp Taco was dried and overcooked, Rice was bland and tasted nothing, but worst of all was the strong BLEACH flavor of the Coleslaw! It literally tasted 'bathroom floor'! Had to be tossed. Disgusting! Will never order eat at El Pollo Loco again!

Everything that arrived in my 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal was perfect as I asked when ordered . Fresh juicy hot - definitely will order again.

Reliably the same always. Decent chicken and calories for a fast food spot

The quality of the chicken is going down. Dry no juice
