the chicken from this place is always burnt & dry, i got nachos too like how do you mess it up that bad

The chicken tasted pretty damn bland. The burnt, dry texture tasted like the chicken had been sitting all day. The rice was mushy & flavorless. I actually felt sick after not being able to finish it.

Ordered 2 days in a row,
Each time had a problem.
This time they missed order notes; no cheese.
Yesterday they forgot chips.
Sometimes they seal their drinks, sometimes they don't.

The chicken was burnt. It was way over-cooked. It was extremely crispy. rest of the meal was just fine.
