4pc Half Chicken Meal the pieces of chicken did not have much chicken. In fact, there was more bone than meat. Very disappointing! The sauces that are included taste like they are going bad. I will not being ordering from Pollo Loco through DoorDash again!Chicken Taco al Carbon just ok, but not worth buying again.

WELL-PACKAGED. The food is always still hot, fresh, great-tasting, EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this location. Much respect to the hardworking employees. You always do a GREAT job.

The food at Pollo Loco is pretty good. The only thing I don't really care for is their rice. However, this location I order from keeps sending me the wrong orders. Three times in a row now I have either received someone else's order completely, or I have been missing items from my order. This location needs to be more careful about the food being handed off to Dashers.

Ordered 1 meal and didnt do the job right!!! Incomplete order!!! No tortillas and the chickens are small, dry and chewy.
