They are shrinking the portions now and it's like getting one of those mini salads from Taco Bell. It's not worth the money. I don't think I'll be ordering it again anymore because it doesn't even have any chicken in there. They're shorting you on that. It's all lettuce and vegetables you can't taste no chicken because there's barely any in there

the food was horrible. the shrimp tacos had almost no shrimp, its was mostly salad. And for each taco being $3 I feel 3,shrimp would of been good. Same with salad 5 pieces of chicken.

The loco tenders are good but are way too expensive. They're not huge tenders either so do as much as you're paying it's not worth it. Plus whoever cut the lettuce left some huge pieces.

Everytime I order a salad, they forget to include a sauce. I have a dry Double Chicken Tostada every single time. Also stop skimping on the chicken, this has the same amount of chicken as a regular bowl. Not ordering again.

Pollo Loco is a hit or miss. When it's good, it's really good. When it's like the chicken tonight, not so much. Dry, overcooked and they started chopping their thighs smaller than before. Also, ordered 6 salsas (3 red, 3 green) and only received one red. Side salad for the family meal did not come with the dressing either. Definitely a miss.
