This has to be the worst El Pollo Loco food I've ever tasted. The shredded chicken nachos and Double Chicken Tostada taste nothing like what I typically have from other locations. Something is off. It tastes undercooked and disgusting. Waste of an order

wow the Shredded Beef Stuffed Quesadilla is really loaded and the tortilla is so soft. food came still hot and is really good. i wasn't expecting the food to be as good as it is lol. also thank u for the good amount of salsas.

They're no Poquito Mas & the store looks like a filthy mess that sees a broom every other month, but likely needs a mop daily.. but they're across the street so it's fast, the food's not bad & the price is doable. Aptly named, I think (tho' more stars would be 'El Humano Loco', but that's just an opinion..) 😁

jalapenos were in the chicken bowl and they hardly gave me any creamy cilantro sauce. less than half a cup of it actually no love was put into this meal
