I only ordered 1 soda but they sent me 2 and got charged for the extra one I didn't want. Also, zero napkins. what's up with that? I'm pretty sure the chicken salad item keeps shrinking every few years or so and the price goes up. the food was still good though.

The food Double Chicken Tostada tastes cold & weird & had big chunks of chicken & tomatoes! I don't even think it brings tomatoes. The Shredded Chicken Crunchy Taco were greasy & you can taste the oil!

The chicken was so dry that it was mostly inedible. I was able to crumble the core of the breasts and moisten them with salad dressing. The wings were so hard and brittle that the meat and skin broke like twigs. Extremely disappointed.

I'm really unsure how you can get an order wrong when it's typed out for you by a machine, but this location takes the cake. 4 missing items, and a "double chicken tostada" with 6 cubes of chicken . Not only did I only receive half of my order, but the drink arrived half full.
