Didint give me any free salsa and only gave me the red one , the rice was undercooked aswell and the taste was bland the chicken. This restaurant didn't satisfy me and i will be ordering from a different location now how they serve the food

My 3pc Meal tonight was HORRIBLE!The chicken was dry. overcooked a d to be honest looked old!The cole slaw tasted bit tart, the only thing that looked okay were the mashed potatoes. They did notprovide utensils or napkins. The 3pc Meal was not fit to be eaten, I tossed it. This is the 2nd time we have received old/dry chicken. We'll never order from there again!

Both combos missing the drinks but still provided straws so doesn't make sense. We ask for tortillas no tortillas were given. We asked for salsa no salsas at all were added to the order. Every time we order from this pollo loco it's the same issue.

Portion were small little bit of rise and chicken were given then what's the point of ordering a double chicken bowl disappointing and not worth the money
