the lettuce was old the avocado was brown I received no dressing or salsa reminded me of why I stopped ordering from there

Unlike other El Pollo Loco restaurants my food arrived in an open and unsecured bag which made me very uncomfortable. The other El Pollo loco restaurants always make sure that the food is delivered in a secured bag that is stapled closed to ensure no tampering with the food.
Therefore I just wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone because this isn't the first time this particular location has been a disappointment.
