tase of the burrito was good but there were lots of cartilage pieces that I had to keep spitting out and it turned me off to finish it. the salsa fresca has no flavor and the chips were stale. they don't give napkins either even though I requested utensils

I ordered a strawberry lemonade and didn't get it, I got a random juice.
Corn was cold and old.
Pack of tortillas were burnt.

The chicken was cold, the side of beans was pure water the side order cup barely had 4 beans very dissatisfied with this pollo loco located on Washington and Maple it's not the 1st time there not accurate with the order.

8 piece was mainly consisted of 2 thighs and two legs and 4 small small wings with no meat what so ever. I should have instead ordered a 4 piece leg and thigh
