• 10/17/25I order this salad from the El Pollo Loco by my house and this one is far inferior. The portions were skimpy and the taste was bland. Pretty disappointing.

• 9/1/26The sides were terrible accept for the pinto beans. The Mac and
cheese was way too oily and too much cheese. The mashed potatoes were watery and had no taste. I have eaten here many times but this was delivery order was not great . Very disappointed.
much cheese.

• 4/22/24I often get the Pork Carnitas Tacos near my place of work, this is the first time ordering from the restaurant here in West Hills and the carnitas tasted a lot drier and overall less fresh. I still ate them, so not awful but still a noticeable difference in quality. Quick service and all so middling score I suppose.

• 6/19/22They forgot the beans, the coleslaw had no flavor at all, we had to add salt. The loco salad is a total joke, it's just lettuce, cabbage and broken tortillas, but the dressing is good. The only save was the fact that the chicken itself is really good.

• 10/12/26They mess up orders every time and never give the sauce they make you pay for.
