Quick service! However, my chicken tostada salad barely came with any chicken and the chicken it did have was dry. Maybe it's just this place on Long Beach Blvd.

The chicken was burnt, too burnt to eat. It was black and charred and tasted like smoke. It was inedible. Sides were fine, but it wasn't enough for dinner.

The 8pc Chicken Only was hard and it was very dry. I made a video where I literally tap the chicken and it sounds hard as if it's old chicken

I ask a for a double chicken tostada and chicken salad and also ordered a side of broccoli for the 3 piece meal and I get a small salad. This pollo loco location always have been the worst location

Chicken was very dry and hard to chew . I ordered my 2yr old chicken taco al carbon no onion no cilantro. Taco came with both cilantro and onion.
