I ordered a 12-piece meal and a burrito through the DoorDash app and selected drive-thru pickup. When I got home, I realized the burrito was missing from my order. It was especially frustrating because it was storming outside, so going back to the restaurant wasn’t convenient. I paid for the item and didn’t discover the mistake until I was already home. I understand mistakes happen, but I hope more care is taken to verify orders before orders are handed to customers.
