Chicken was over cooked and dry, rice wasn't completely cooked so it was hard, I didn't get any of the sauces or the salsa I requested . Ordered 3 pieces, I only received 2 & something that was literally a piece of bone with skin on it, wish I was exaggerating. Best thing about the combo was the salad and the soda.

$5 for chips that were so stale you couldn't bite them. The guacamole was completly brown likes it's been sitting for awhile or even from the day before. The large Mac n cheese was first of all only filled half way. if you're charging almost $7 for a large side then fill the cup to the rim. It was also full of oil at the bottom of the cup. Just didn't taste fresh at all. Again tasted like it was old. Extremely dissatisfied especially for paying $15 for food I couldn't and didn't want to eat.

I guess I am back. After a series of poor quality meals I snubbed this place for 15 years. They put romaine back in a salad so I decided to try again. I am allergic to ice berg. I had the 4 pc. The bbq sauce could use more seasoning and more sauce to keep from being too dry but the chicken was tasty and the sides had good flavor. Food was hot when received and nothing was missing. I will order again.

Mango Habanero 3PC Chicken - Leg & Thigh was topped with rhe mango habanero sauce. was not very tasty. I prefer the mango habanero from Vons. I like El Pollo Loco so will continue to get just the original recipe.

Did not give dressing for salad. Salad came with small amount of dry beans and hardly no rice. Terrible
