This used to be a really good place to get food but lately the chicken has been dried out, close to burned, and scarce...especially, in the nachos. It might be the workers because in other el pollo locos, the chicken is nice and tender and juicy.

I have purchased the street corn salad several times and always been happy with it until last night. The chicken was extremely dry and the avocado was browning a bit.. I talked to a gentleman Pollo Loco, and he is going to be refunding my money today when I go to the store

I ordered a double chicken tostada but it was more like a regular one as far as the amount of chicken. the chicken was dry. I also asked for two green sauces and I got one green one red. They always make little minor mistakes but this time most of the pieces of chicken were really dry. Disappointed

Chicken tostada salad was missing pico de gallo and there was a scant teaspoon of sour cream. Also no salsa for the chips and salsa.
I have always enjoyed the food from here but today the tostada and the chips tasted stale as if they were left from yesterday.

Chicken in the Tacos were dry and the tortillas were hard in places which made the taco even dryer plus they didn't include the salsa I ordered so I didn't have salsa to help with the dryness which made the tacos superChicken Taco al CarbonSalsa Roja (Fiery)Salsa Fresca (Medium) hard to eat and swallow.
