The tostada salad was half empty and I didn't receive the sauces I requested. There was hardly any avocado or chicken in the salad. Not worth it.

Ordered fordinner about 30 minutes before closing. I can understand that you might run out of ingredients but the least you can do is let the customer know and decided if they still want it. This tostada was so empty that you could see the bottom of it. No cilantro dressing, no pico de gallo, very little amount of remaining ingredients. The chicken even tasted cold like cooked hours ago. This has been my worst experience at el Pollo Loco, and I order about once a month this same thing because I like it that bad. I'm very shocked. Not worth the $14 :(

My pollo bowl was a soup bowl! There was no rice and lots of beans and juice! Highly disappointed. The food quality has declined at this location based on my experience; whether I order online or pick up myself.

You can't order extra dressing. No sour cream OR guacamole. The prices are insane for dry chicken and literally a $6 salad that just has lettuce, nothing more. Absolutely terrible food at an even worse price. I used to love this place, I ate here daily for years, but I've had my last straw.

The chicken in my bowl tasted old. It was dry and hard the same with the taco. When I go in person I never have an issue but when I have to doordash it seems like they use the old meat to fill the orders. I guess I will have to find another location.
