I've never eaten here before, so let me say, I was blown away by how good the Original Pollo Bowl was. I got 2 because they were buy one get one, and I was only able to eat one, so now I have dinner for tomorrow too. the portion sizes are huge, and everything was packaged really well. it was delicious!

My family and I love El Pollo Loco chicken! It's simple, delicious, and best bang for your buck meal to feed the whole family and feel good about it.

OMG Horrible food! I threw it out. I ordered the 3 pc Leg and Thigh dinner. I Got 1 leg and 2 what looks to be broken in half breasts. Nothing but tiny bones. Doesn't even resemble a thigh! And the chicken was dry. It took a long time for them to make my order and even the Dasher apologized for it taking so long and said it was going to be 9 more min. And here silly me thought I was going to get a freshly prepared hot meal! NOPE it most likely sat all that time under a heat lamp. Good thing I got a salad and mashed potatoes with it!

I order the Classic Tostada all the time but this time around there were hardly any rice, and what little was there was all stuck together! Did they run out and scraped the bottom of the pan? As for beans, I think I saw maybe one or two! What a ripoff! The whole thing was basically nothing but chicken and lettuce! :(

Why do you not set safety precautions for drinks? There was a sticker over the straw hole but nothing to prevent the lid being taken off. I paid extra for a soda that I had to dump down my kitchen sink. Just not safe.
