The chicken was extremely dry. The lettuce for my salad was brown. I was given one small dressing for my giant Double Chicken Avocado Salad. It was obviously not double chicken. There were no utensils even thiughi requested 3, hoping to get at least one. It was a disappointment of a meal. I wish el pollo loco was good. I should've remembered it wasn't and thats on me.

The last several times have been terrible. From forgetting key items, disregarding customer's requests, and no apology. A week ago, I ordered Sprite and got water instead. This time, the main sauce is left out/forgotten. I like the food, but carelessness on employees' part has ruined the experience.

I got the double fit bowl and this doesn't look like double AT ALL! Barely any chicken, avocado, corn even the salad! Was not expecting this!
