• 7/29/26So glad the company reverted to offering actual chicken pieces like they used to. I had no interest in what they had without the chicken pieces. I would still like to see them offer their traditional four piece meal with the leg, thigh, breast, and wing. The chicken with the meal was great. The leg ordered separately was not sufficiently browned, so was not as tasty. The sides were good and the servings were plentiful.

• 8/30/26Had never ordered from Pollo Loco before. ordered the 8 piece and rice and charro beans. the rice was bland and crunchy. the beans also had no flavor. the chicken was tender but needed more flavoring. many better choices in town. don't waste your time or money.

• 7/14/24Quite tasty. Wings were really small, but breasts were decent size. The chicken well cooked, rice and carrots beans were good. The corn tortillas were a little under cooked. Salsa Fresca (Medium) was tasty. Chips a little too salty bit had a good crunch.

• 3/24/26The amount of chicken in this bow is a joke! Smallest chicken bowl I've ever seen from anywhere in my life. I definitely would not have ordered this I knew this is what I was getting. First time trying this place and very disappointed.

• 2/3/25I ordered the Double Chicken Tostada Salad. Which I usually always get. Not sure why today the chicken was really hard like it was reheated as well as the rice. But other than that it is usually really good.
