Tried the Pechuga en Champiñones for the first time and wow—what a find! Generous portion with perfectly cooked chicken and rice, plus a fresh salad on the side with lime and avocado. The flavor was spot on: rich, savory, and balanced without being too salty or spicy. Definitely my new go-to lunch! p.S. it was deconstructed also!

The food is top notch and orders are usually accurate. The flavor profile is different than Mexican, so its nice to have something different in Culpeper. We usually order the pupusas and Churrasco
