THE BEST food in Carthage. Green hot sauce is insanely good and the pickled cabbage that comes with the papusas is amazing. Love this place!

The Desayuno Chapin is basic but so delicious can it is fresh and very tasty. I order it all the time portion is perfect for customer. Jalapeño and cream cheese bread is fair and the Aguas Frescas I ordered horchata it's really good you can taste the peanut and it's sweet just perfect.

The beef has so much gristle you can't even chew it up. The chips and salsa, there wasn't even a half bag of chips and the salsa is like tomato soup. Basically 3/4 of my meal went in the trash. I obviously am not taking pics of the meat I couldn't chew....

Platanos Fritos were really good. the beans and cream were nice as well . I really liked the Aguas Frescas (horchata). it's my favorite. Burrito Quetzal is pretty good, everything was fresh.
