This was the first time trying Pollo Playa.Food came hot and tasted wonderful.Was served a nice portion. And it was worth every penny. Will buy again.

Talk about over cooked. The torizo was burnt. Chicken and beef slices all moisture cooked out. Was basically jerky. Shrimp was blackened not burnt but very over cooked. Bad night? Idk? For $50 I've had much better.

Chicken was dry. Chips were stale. Order 2 cups of cheese dip and they were super small cups (not the size they typically use and was a waste of $8). Won't order from here again.

Carnitas portion was basically nothing and the carnitas were hard and very chewy tortillas were cold and hard

My beef nachos were soggy beyond the point of eating. It's not that they weren't fresh it's just too much beef and not enough chip to cheese ratio. Also the salsa is different. It's watery and doesn't have any spice or flavor. The chips are always hard and not fresh. I don't know if I'll order again, after all these years I may just be ready for something new.
