The Pollo Ranchero was delicious, as expected.
Idea: the flavors would also work with a mild flavored fish: tilapia, cod, sole.
Also, it's REALLY good with a little basic lettuce/tomato/sour cream salad. For that matter, a lightweight fresh salsa/tomato salad.
The Chimi was a really good, very low-carb (relatively speaking), high(er) protein option... just saying.
In some ways, the star is the queso. I judge my "Mexican" restaurants by the queso.
The last time I felt I'd had such good queso at a restaurant was La Cazuela in Athens, GA. (The Broad street location had the better take, IMO, but was all good).
Anyway... thanks, El Ranchito, you're currently our go-to choice

I ordered the Veggie Burrito, it was full of lots of different vegetables gently sauteed.The rice was flavorful and a helping of chips and salsa was included in my delivery order. Overall I was very satisfied with my order and the speed of delivery.

Everything was delicious. Flavors on one and all. HOWEVER...
I thumbed up the chorizo dip, but it wasn't as good as we're used to. I'm guessing this is because everything is suddenly SO expensive. It was still VERY tasty, and I'd still recommended it because the flavors are good. Just not as thick as we remember.
I'm sorry. This is just where we are.

I got the same ex meal a few days ago and it was am however I ate at the restaurant but ordering on door dash was cold mushy just not good Shrimpo De Gallo was leaking all in bag Tostada was mushy and Guadalajara tacos were dry would not order again unless ordered sitting down very disappointed

Ordered 3 meals they were meh ok at best. Wont order again. Jalapeños & El potros are way better. The cheese enchiladas were so tough that they seemed microwaved. Couldn't be cut with a plastic fork & knife. The shredded chicken nachos were pitiful looking compared to other Mexican restaurants. Was very disappointed. The burrito was ok
