Best steak tacos in town! The horchata is phenomenal as well and they're cheaper than the rest of the taco buses here.

Chips and salsa were not great. $4 for a 2oz ramekin of salsa. No spice in the salsa. Enchiladas were good.

The worst I've ever gotten from them in the 7 years I've come here was 4 star quality. They could easily hold their own in a more southern state because they're absolutely fantastic, CONSISTENTLY. Never change.

Normally, El Rodeo is great about consistentcy. However, the pork verde had very little pork and rice was semi crunchy from not being cooked enough.
