Birria was amazing, dont know any other better place to get in Hereford. The tacos had 2 tortillas on it, it was the perfect opportunity to put extra cheese + birria in between the empty tortilla.
Other than that 10/10, loved the onions & cilantro on the SIDE in baggies, (not a fan of onion in the broth) so it was perfect. Not to mention ever else on their menu. If you want some different, or are just going through town, stop by here. Friendly staff aswell.

Looks and smells really good. Onions look burned though. Only one taco for $10 so be aware of that. Not sure if i would order again.

The Birria is always on point and the flavor is enhanced so much by the consomé! I get this at least once a week and will continue to do so.

The food was delicious but ridiculously expensive. I bought the octopus tacos thinking that they were two tacos. It's one taco for $11 which is crazy.

The ramen birria was good. But by the time it made it too me there was a huge mess. The birria had been placed directly in the ramen paper bowl. With only the paper that seals the ramen to cover the bowl. Black bag tied around soup to prevent spillage. It would be nice if the dish was place in a foam cup with lid. Just an idea, I was upset that I received such a messy order. The presentation of the meal was poor, but after a took my first bite it made up for it all. One of the best meals I've had in a while.
