Ordered Carne Asada tacos, meat was tender and flavorful. They added grilled onions and a jalapeño on top. Limes were pretty hard though. Red salsa is very good with the right amount of spice. This is my go to place if I want tacos!

Nachos taste really good but the packaging could of been better. It was squeezed into a small box so it wasn't evenly distributed and hard to eat. The Taco was pretty good, poor packaged as well, made a mess in the bag. Side Fries Small seemed like a large but were very undercooked and had no salt on them.

Food can be super good. But it is so inconsistent. I order a lot- and the street tacos, shrimp diabla, birria is all usually decent. Sometimes very very good. Tonight I ordered birria. I ordered this a few nights ago too. Tonight it came with 2 tacos. Last time 3. It was cold tonight like it had been sitting forever and it got here super fast. Disappointed in the inconsistency.

The Quesabirria (1) is sooooo bomb!! My favorite place to get these is Marco's in Parkland, but their hours are unpredictable and they are super far. These were a very close second. The only thing they can work on is their tomatillo salsa (salsa verde)...it's not very good. If I had to describe it I'd wonder if they just blended tomatillos and a jalapeno. Also put a little cheese on the outside when crisping the taco. Marco's salsa verde is life changing, it's so flavorful, it is unmatched. If these guys made theirs better, they'd move to my first place spot.

Do not eat here. Our order was missing items (not drivers fault) and food wasn't great. Birria was dry, asada taco was okay, green salsa was watery and not flavorful, limes were dried up. Torta was the only okay item. Honestly, would recommend El Maestro Del Taco foodtruck in Bellevue. Better service and quality in my opinion.
