• 1/17/25Tonight I decided to add the Botana Combinada appetizer along with the Pollo Empamizada. Yes, it's a lot of food but there's always leftovers. The appetizer was ample. It consisted of fried taquitos stuffed with beef and chicken, cheese quesadillas, beef nachos, and chicken strips. All tasted quite good. It's actually a meal in itself. The presentation was rather messy but for the most part one was able to separate the different items. The Pollo Empanizado has been a favorite. This was a large flattened piece of chicken breast, breaded and fried. I always enjoy it. It comes with a big side of beans and rice, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and peppers. I highly recommend both the appetizer and the entree. I skipped the cheesy rice mainly because it continues to disappoint me for a lack of cheese.

• 6/7/25This is my second time ordering from here. It was pretty good, my chicken was really salty and the rice was over cooked just a little. But it didn't ruin the meal. The portion size is huge, can easily get 2-3 meals out of it. It arrived super fresh with all of my items. I would order here again.

• 11/19/24I usually like El Toro. Not this time. My favorite, Pollo Empanizado was terrible. Most went in the trash. Once again the Cheesey rice was lacking in cheese again. Had a bag of chips with every one broken into undippable pieces. No matter. There was only a shot glass size salsa cup. Mexican or Chinese? I picked the wrong one.

• 11/10/24TheBurrito Loco was good, as usual. Huge burrito. Small side of rice and Pico de Gallo.
Cheesy Rice is always a big disappointment. It needs a lot more cheese or rename it Barely Cheesy Rice.
More cheese, please.

• 1/14/25usually toro is amazing! I'm not sure what went wrong tonight. the taco Taco Salad I had, the ground beef was over salted - in fact the only flavor I tasted was salt. I ended up throwing most of it away. the Cheesy Rice was ok. the cheese was stuck to the top of the container rather than mixed throughout the Rice like usual. and there was a stray piece of corn in my Rice.
