Trompo is amazing!! The tacos are so flavorful, well seasoned and they give very generous portions of meat. The tortillas taste homemade and fresh, and soft. I highly recommend it. My favorites so far are the beef brisket (omg!!) and the steak!!! I will say tho the quesadilla i wasn't a huge fan of only because it's not what I'm used to when ordering a quesadilla but it's definitely worth a try!

Cueritos / Fried Pork Skin was awful. Nothing about it tasted fried. It was gelatinous. At first glance it looks like translucent onions. There was no skin or meat just gelatinous fat. No crisp, no crunch. Gringo tacos were not good. El Pastor and Birra were good. Rice and Beans good.
