One of my favorites in Brownsville as it's consistent in quality and freshness. I always feel taken care of when I order via delivery or when I show up. Their salsas are great additives but I ordered Extra Crema for the Taco Pirata and it balanced everything. Frijoles Especiales is also very delicious and worth the "extra".

Everything we ordered was great. Beans, Quesataco Birria, and the bistec tacos are always a hit. What I love about this place is consistency. We've ordered from Calacas and their food is horrible in comparison to actually dining in at the restaurant. Here at Wl Ultimo Taco, the experience you have at the restaurant and at home is consistent and delicious! They don't skimp out on salsas and give you good lemons, package the food nicely and give extra cutlery unlike the other place. More than once we've gotten incredibly sucked dry limes, more chunky pieces of cueros than bistek in our tacos as if they're trying to get rid off the trimmed pieces and not take a loss and think we won't notice. They forget to pack items and drinks. (At the other taqueria, not Ultimo taco) Ugh. Anyway you can rely on El Ultimo Taco to fulfill your cravings and give you everything you paid without compromising quality simply because you're not dinning in. Never a disappointment, 10/10!

it's unfortunate I write this review because I would always enjoy and recommend Ultimo.
today, my beans were not fully cooked, almost crunchy. the Quesataco Birria didn't have the consume sent. I feel like I'd order again at some point, but not anytime soon.

Everything way super good, Quesataco de Birria was so delicious, Taco Pirata was alr but not bad, Torta Mixta / Mixed Torta was bistec and barbacoa it was good but the bread was a bit disgusting it had so much oil that when u bite it u would feel the oil... Taco de Barbacoa was pretty good a bit greasy but with lime,salsa, Cebolla Asada Extra / Extra Grilled Onion made it so much better everthing is good when ur starving, usually they forget stuff but they didn't this time Thank God

Tasted fresh. Usually tostadas get soggy after a few minutes, however mine stayed fresh and the portion was good I would definitely order again.
