My new favorite Mexican restaurant in town! Fantastic food. QUESABIRRIA DINNER (3 TACOS) is delicious! The meat is always so tender and flavorful. The Tostada Dinner is a fav as well! Rice and especially the beans are great! Love El Vado!

The food was delicious!! The Enchiladas had the perfect amount of spice to their Salsa Verde, and the Burrito!?!? GOSHHH so stuffed, and well put together!! Overall a great dashing experience, thank you!

Great food!! made correctly! we have food allergies and a lot of restaurants are not careful about making sure food is made without allergens. they labeled everything so we knew what was safe and what contained dairy.QUESABIRRIA DINNER (3 TACOS) ,Tamal Dinner , Burrito Dinner, and chips and Guacamole were tasty! we will definitely order again. it was a little exp, but worth it because it was made correctly and carefully.

The steak tacos were good. The meat had a nice char on it and was not dried out. The tortillas were perfect. All three at us were loaded with meat, onion and cilantro. They included three lime wedges with the tacos.
The rice was dry and not too flavorful. The beans were watery but tasted good.
Chicken burrito was packed with tasty shredded chicken but there wasnt enough lettuce and tomato. The tortilla was a bit wet and soggy from the juices. They cut the butru in half...maybe that's why.
Green salsa was better than the red.
Would try them out again.

Great atmosphere and Awesome Food. There is a rich family history to the authentic family recipes and check out the imported Mexican furniture with the El Vado embossed into the leather. Best Chips in town, hands down.
