El Volcán's Tilapia Al Limon is a delight. Each part of the dish was fresh and full of delicate, balanced flavor. The rice is perfectly fluffy, and also mild.The simmered pinto beans are the best tasting I've ever had, and I'll be ordering these separately in the future; at first glance I thought I might have wanted more here but the portion is right. These plus the five medium shrimp and two tilapia fillets lightly fried in a guajillo sauce make a protein rich meal suited for early in the day. The guajillo sauce here is exceptional. It's a mild tangy mix of fruity and smoky flavor with a hint of garlic. I have to note that the guajillos were expertly prepared - there is no hint of bitterness. The dish is served with three handmade flour tortillas, and you can ask for corn instead. The sections of the takeout container chosen have grooves, which allows some of the sauce to fall below the fish so it doesn't arrive soggy. I *never* eat tilapia, and I loved this meal! I plated it to eat.

Authentic, delicious food in a great restaurant atmosphere. This is a wonderful local spot with excellent customer service. Everything was neatly packaged and thoughtfully prepared, complete with all the necessary utensils and sauces.

POTTSTOWN FINALLY HAS LEGIT MEXICAN!!
I'd shout it from the rooftops, I'm so thrilled. The meals are well seasoned, filling, and generously portioned. Our meal was delivered without being soaked in grease.
My burrito was a football of delicious ecstasy. They should've just called it a burro, cause there is nothing -ito about this food log.
