Crispy Brussels are to die for! Pot master bowl is amazing- love the combo of the Mac n cheese, brisket, crispy onions and bbq! Brisket was tender and flavorful. Additionally, I love that the restaurant packaged everything separately so elements didn't get soggy before they arrived to me! And they even remembered all of the condiments + sauces! If I lived in CO, I'd be a regular!

This was so disappointing. We went here in person and we really enjoyed it. This however was just disgusting. Paid $9 for the meat, which you can see where I have taken one bite. It is so dry and hard. Not much flavor. The macaroni is probably the worse I've had in a really, really long time. Credit- it was very saucy/wet. Con- the only flavor it has is over cooked pasta. Which explains why it was on the mushy side. Priced at $9 for a side (it was a large portion than pictured)

My husband and I went to this restaurant a couple years back, we loved the food. Tonight We ordered the Pork Belly Skewers, Brisket French Dip, (8) Smoked Wings and Mac and Cheese. Very disappointed with our order. Flavors were very bland, wings were smoked but tasted baked, that came with old vegetables. Kraft mac n cheese taste better than was given. Was not worth $75 for this meal.

The sandwhich was spot on. Good pork, nice slaw. The onion straws were undercooked and under seasoned. I paid $5 for a side of them and I got a handful and had to pick them off the sandwhich because all you can taste is flour. Will try again but skip the sides.

Very disappointing food. Nothing "elevated" about this place--every item was sub-par. I will not be ordering here again. For a slightly expensive price for BBQ, I expected "elevated" food, but it was really pathetic. I've had better BBQ literally every other BBQ place on earth, including chain stores. The sandwich meat was bone dry, and the entire sandwich seemed like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours before I got it. The mac and cheese was subpar and I could get better from a box. The coleslaw, how can you ruin coleslaw? But they somehow did--it had barely any flavor, barely any sauce. It was practically eating straight cabbage, with maybe a tiny touch of vinegar and pepper. Barely any taste. I had to add ranch dressing from home to sorta-salvage it. The cornbread--how can they ruin cornbread, it's nearly foolproof? But they did, and it tasted weird with a bitter aftertaste, plus the bottom of it was burned badly. Even the butter barely made it semi-palatable. I mostly ate the food to waste less money, not because any of it was enjoyable. How was this a $30+ meal???? Wendy's would've been tastier and cheaper.
Honestly I feel like I wasted my money here. If you want BBQ, you can get better BBQ from 5 different places within 2 miles of here.
