food like this, you have to come in and order fresh, always the best, if delivering, dont expect it to be 100

Usually love the Pork Crackling Banh Mi but today the pork crackling was hard as rock, the roll lacked flavour and the delivery wait time was way too long. Very disappointing.

My husband and I ordered x2 pork crackling banh mi. This banh mi was absolutely a waste of time and money. Below are photos of the banh mi just filled with carrots... idk but I didnt order extra carrot. Where are the ratio logic to whoever prepared this.  The meat had to be taken out of our mouths since it was sooo hard and burnt that we had to push aside to the plate, it was not edible at all. Photos also attached of meat. 
The pork itself was just seasoned with what seemed like the ocean. It was sooo salty that it made our mouths curl, surely this is some sort of joke. I would be emberrased to serve this let alone SELL this. I would like my  money back, I am not satisfied and I urge the management to get in contact  with me to arrange this.
