I love the Kansas City bbq here. Portions are awesome! The food has always been hot and my ribs never dry!!!

We love Ellie Louis BBQ, been ordering their food for years. However their service is poor in that it is slow. We always order thru door dash, and this is the only restaurant that is extremely slow, 45-1:30 min waits on most orders. We actually would order from them more often, but dont because we know it will be over 1hr wait.

Family meal was generous and quite good
My only disappointment was the pulled pork was extremely dry
I would go back again
However I would also like to see some compensation for the pork
