BEST chicken on rice I've had in a LONG time. Chips arrived hot and crispy. Meat wasn't greasy. Sauce separately packed. EXCELLENT value combo. Thank you.

Meat and Rice Bowl Excellent flavor profile, but the portion size doesn't match the price, especially considering I paid extra for double meat.

One star, and only because zero stars apparently isn’t an option.
I’ve had some questionable kebabs in my time, but this one deserves its own category.
I ordered mixed lamb and chicken on chips, and what arrived was essentially a warm swimming pool of barbecue sauce, grease and regret. You couldn’t taste the lamb. You couldn’t taste the chicken. You couldn’t taste the chips. You could barely taste anything other than an overwhelming combination of barbecue sauce and fatty, smoky grease.
The sauce wasn’t just on the food it had completely taken over. Everything was swimming in it. The container was soaked, the sauce was seeping through the cardboard and I’m genuinely surprised the bag managed to survive the trip without dissolving.
The sauce was so overwhelmingly smoky and fatty that every bite tasted like barbecue-flavoured bacon grease. At this point, calling it “meat on chips” feels generous. It was more like sauce on sauce, with meat somewhere underneath trying desperately to escape.
I didn’t even finish it. After a few bites, I had to admit defeat and send the entire meal straight to the rubbish bin. Look honestly, the bin probably enjoyed it more than I did.
I’ve never had meat on chips that was this completely overwhelmed by sauce. There’s a difference between generously sauced and accidentally turning dinner into a liquid.
Would I order the meat on chips from here again?
Absolutely not. Not if you paid me.
If the goal was to make me remember this kebab, congratulations, mission accomplished. Unfortunately, I’ll remember it as the meal that needed waterproof packaging and an evacuation plan.
