• 11/7/23Ribs were amazing! Meaty and delicious bbq sauce! A few fries, coleslaw turned purple because of sitting in the cabbage for a while but it was ok. Carrot cake was probably the best I've ever had and for 12.00 it should be amazing. But the Mac and cheese was downright disgusting, it was dry corkscrew noodles with Parmesan baked on top. I would order again just 86 the Mac n cheese.

• 7/24/22First off "Ember Smoked BBQ is a "virtual restaurant" with the actual one being Rock Bottom Brewery. I tried calling them because the app was being weird and wanted to correct my order and there was not even a phone number until I had to do a lot of digging on the Internet to find that it was rock-bottom where my "food" was coming from.
While they did add the gravy and bacon the app made me remove the food was NOT good some even inedible. The LICKIN' GOOD CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN was over cooked dry and Cold the BADASS BRISKET SANDWICH lived up to its first name "either one would work" the DEVILED EGGS came in a blob at the bottom of the bag and the CRISPY SKINS were just that extra burnt crispy and cold like the rest of the food. I'm guessing because the 1st dasher bailed but that not an excuse for how the other parts were.
The only positive of Any of this was the second Dasher Dadir who tried to make things right and was courteous and professional.
If your looking for good BBQ DON'T order from whatever this place says it is. I've had better food from a fast food restaurant.

• 4/4/23If you're looking to indulge in delicious bbq, then pass on Ember. I was frustrated to begin with because I didn't receive everything I ordered. The rack of ribs was tender but lacked the smokiness and flavor I desire in true bbq. The brisket was dry and flavorless. Sad day for our family.
