• 2/15/23Baby back ribs were cooked just right and slathered in sauce! People saying they were overcooked must have had some bad timing because everytime I get the ribs I don't regret it! Sides are okay, nothing to write home about but not bad either. Prices are definitely a little on the higher side but I would say, still worth it.

• 3/12/26Got the Braised Pork Osso Buco. Portion-wise, it was great! Other than that, it was packaged in cardboard, so the juices from the meat and beans leaked effortlessly. The pork itself was over-seasoned with pepper, and it was over-cooked.

• 4/4/25Pieces of the A Pound of Shack Baby Backs were great and other pieces were so dry they were inedible. The Mac & Cheese had no seasonings whatsoever. The Fried Chicken with Gravy Spud tasted delicious but the ratio of spud to everything else was off. It's fine, but we wouldn't eat here again.

• 12/31/22Sandwich came with a single piece of toast, no bun. No onions and no jalapeños and three dime size pickle slices. Ribs were overcooked with outside very crispy almost as if recooked or left on WAY too long. Sides were meh. Not bad but not good either.

• 7/29/25When our order arrived it came in a Logan's bag as this is just their ghost kitchen (if I wanted Logan's I would have just order logans). not only that but we ordred the Lickin’ Good Chicken Fried Chicken and ribs but instead we got a the chicken potato (not nearly as much food as would have come with the chicken fried chicken) and ribs. the ribs had little to no meat and seemed like they had sat out all day. lastly instead of white gravy with the chicken potato like it's supposed to be it was brown runny mess of a gravy. Very upset will not be ordering again or visiting Logan's :(
