I have been a customer at Enat since around 2006. We drive all the way from Marysville, just to get the best Ethiopian food around!
The ladies recognize me every time I come in and always prepare the most delicious dishes.
We have been to many Ethiopian restaurants in the Seattle area and this one is, hands down, my all time favorite and go to!

I got the Shiro Wot Seasoned Split Pea Powder Sauce and Collard Green with gluten Extra Gluten free Injera. When it arrived it was still super hot and the portions are huge! The injera was nice and soft and the dishes were perfectly spiced. Would absolutely order again!

My favorite food in Seattle. The spices are warm and wonderful, every vegetarian dish they prepare is beautiful and tasty, and the injera is just lovely in every way. Order the vegetarian combination from here -- you will never be disappointed.

I love Ethiopian food so I ordered from this Ethiopian restaurant [Enat] recommend by friends. We all have different tastes and preferences, but for me this was the worst such food I've ever had. I ordered Doro Wot. It included hard boiled eggs, which I don't especially like; there were two fat chicken legs on the bone lost in the sauce, full of fat & gristle. I could barely get the meat off them with a fork let alone my fingers. The injera bread was thick & dry; and the sauce overly spicy & clumpy. (I should note that I generally love spicy food.)
I ordered extra injera thinking I'd get a couple pieces more. I got a plastic sack filled with enough for a week. (I hate wasting food but I'm from out of town and won't be putting them in my suitcase.) I've been to *many* Ethiopian restaurants before & this is my favorite dish. I couldn't even swallow this food after a while, though, so I fed it to my hosts' compost bin. What a huge waste of money. Blech! Just remembering it makes me gag.

Awaze tibs are very tender and seasoned well. A good amount of injera came with! Gave the spicy powder on the side and it also had great spice and flavor. I am coming back!
