Everything was super well packaged for takeout and all the food was delicious! Highly recommend the lobster rolls, you get two and they are filling but both people who ate them said they were really good.

Encontro has the best mac and cheese in San Diego. From your favorite barbque joint on down to your favorite "hole in the wall" soul food kitchen. Econtro is shutting everyone down.
Its so rich and decadent I feel guilty after eating eat everytime (I'm lying no I don't lol). It's buttery, cheesy and gooey. And with some fresh black pepper cracked on top be prepared for a flavor bomb of sensations in your mouth.

House made fresh bread is just like the breadsticks from Oscars. It's the only place you can get this recipe in San Diego proper and it's amazing.
Pulled pork sliders are also delicious and a huge hit with everyone I know who has tried them. Finally the chocolate souffle, when available, is heaven.

Bread very good but its $11 for literally one breadstick. Wouldnt order again for the price, but it was very good!

The Maine Lobster rolls were very tasty, but the sauce was so watery it made the bread very soggy. The Farmers Market Warm Berry Cobbler with Vanilla ice cream was awesome!
