I usually have sambusa with whole (unmashed) lentils, but I really enjoyed the consistency and seasoning of the mashed lentils in this Sambusa (Lentils)!

• 6/16/26This place is AMAZING! The Collard Greens Bisiga was so flavorful and salty, and the Chicken Spris had a wonderful combination of spices, tomatoes, and vegetables. The injera is phenomenal.

• 4/22/26The green beans, collard greens tasted like they were dried out from the bottom of the pot. The green lentils were bland and too hard. I was really disappointed with my meal. The spicy lentils were delicious but the portion of the spicy lentils was very small.
