Escalante's Norteno dinner was very Good; Great beef enchilada, really tender & delish taco al carbon !! As were the Chicken & fajita beef Half Quesadilla with Spinach & Mushrooms added. Really yummy food, goood presentation, and still very warm !!! And our Dasher Serap was Very Good !!! Many Thanks to ALL !!!

The Skinny Enchiladas were so oily inside they were oozing. Unfortunately, the chicken Enchiladas Suizas weren't any better. While I did love the sauce, there was barely any sauce on top and the chicken inside was dry (no sauce) and bland (no seasoning).

Love the way they pack taco shells separately so tacos don't get soggy. The guacamole is so fresh.

It's something about the Medium Steak, Shrimp, & Chicken Fajitas 8oz and the Shrimp in the other dish that was bad like old or spoiled.
