• 11/14/24Escalante's Norteno dinner was very Good; Great beef enchilada, really tender & delish taco al carbon !! As were the Chicken & fajita beef Half Quesadilla with Spinach & Mushrooms added. Really yummy food, goood presentation, and still very warm !!! And our Dasher Serap was Very Good !!! Many Thanks to ALL !!!

• 5/25/25The Skinny Enchiladas were so oily inside they were oozing. Unfortunately, the chicken Enchiladas Suizas weren't any better. While I did love the sauce, there was barely any sauce on top and the chicken inside was dry (no sauce) and bland (no seasoning).
