The Sin Sweet Waffles are amazing!! I was shocked when I saw a smaller box but size is definitely not an issue here.. the quality is amazing waffle light fluffy so much chocolate and banana!!! So so good I also got the Turkey Apple Brie Sandwich and it looks sooo yummy. Saving it for lunch today! Will order again!!

Very disappointing. The Strawberry Glamour Sweet Waffles were undercooked, missing ingredients, and shouldn't be given a pluralized name for a single small waffle.
The Lychee Fruit Tea was mostly ice and lacked the delicate flavour of lychees. I ordered mango boba as well and the cup is completely inappropriate for serving drinks with boba or jellies.
The Ham & Cheese Croissant might have been a decent size, but it lacked some intrinsic element to make it worth the higher than average price.

the waffle was amazing, perfectly crispy on the outside while still being soft on the inside so it wasn't soggy upon arrival. definitely the ideal waffle, the toppings were good but not great, id ask for the strawberries on the side since they were soggy and mushy from the steam of the waffle. bagel was subpar but what i expected. id ask for light chocolate next time foo as the center of the waffle had way too much but it was easy to scrape off. also priced well unlike most places now. worth 10$, definitely wouldn't be worth anything more

Food is fresh & nicely prepared. Loved their breakfast sandwich and LOVEDDDD the waffles! Everything is just great -- definitely my new spot!

I asked them to make me a new sandwich all they did was reheat and you can tell because the avocado was super brown almost black and the bagel was hard and burnt
