Fantastic food, portions, and the owners are great people. Probably the best schnitzel and German potato salad I have had in the US. The strudel is also worth it!! Will continue to stop by or order to support this gem!

I am glad I tried.
Beet salad were slices of beets (red & gold) with tiny garnish of greens dressed in vinaigrette. I really like beets prepared this way and with the price, I expected a larger portion.
The flavorful sauerbraten was fork tender with sticks of carrot and had a lot of gravy-I am a low sodium devotee so this was salty to me.
The purple cabbage and spaetzle were also good - particularly enjoyed the purple cabbage. Everything was packaged separately. The ice cream was packed with the cherry strudel in a small, separate container. The strudel portion was small and the cherry filling was slightly tart. I would not have ordered the roasted potatoes if I had known the sauerbraten came with spaetzle. I will come back and try more dishes.

I ordered the chicken piccatam The flavor was good, a little salty but the portion was very disappointing. One piece of chicken which weighed just under 3oz. Two pieces would have been perfect.
Also ordered the stuffed cabbage rolls which were EXCELLENT.

The Caesar salad is almost $10 and they really don't give you a lot. The sinful chocolate is amazing
